38mm (1.5"") diameter dual frequency 8kHz or 33kHz sonde used to trace drains, sewers and other non conductive utilities. Midi sonde has a M10 male thread with an additional female adapter and can be attached to a range of equipment including drain rods, boring tools and inspection cameras. Powered by 1 x AA alkaline battery, with a working depth range of 5 meters (16.5ft).
With automated pinpointing technology and a clear visible display, the DD220 discovers buried utilities with confidence, even in densely packed areas. On-board video support, usage alerts and diagnostics, combine to improve product use and, protect operators and utilities
This is the updated version of the DD120, it has a better detection rate due to an innovative aerial design. This gives the DD220 a deeper detection range and new 131 kHz frequency to find smaller diameter cables.
